Balblair 1989, 3rd Release 46%
Tating Notes: By Tasos Protopapas
Nose: An explosion of rich aromas of exotic fruits and vanilla, followed by a distinct touch of levanter, coconut and red grapes. The aromas are becoming more delicate and sweet when a drop of water is added, unlocking a delightful lemon zest breeze.
Palate: Seductive, fresh and fruity taste which challenges you for a second sip! The mouthfeel is soft and creamy. The flavors of Espresso, cinnamon and dried cloves are rolling in the mouth leaving a spicy and elegant finish.
Finish: Medium, soft and fruity.
An elegant and absolutely wonderful Dram. Thank you Balblair!
